I qualified as a PT in 2013 after suffering adrenal fatigue, leaky gut and SIBO. During this time I healed my gut issues and I worked at a holistic chiropractic clinic in London for a few years. This opened my eyes to alternative therapies like hypnotherapy, acupuncture and functional medicine. I then qualified as a Life Coach.
In 2018 I moved to Australia and qualified as a Yin Yoga instructor helping people with stress and anxiety.
Once I had my son in 2019 everything changed - the shock of becoming a mum, 3C tearing and a levator avulsion, postpartum depression. I know the challenges that come with pregnancy, birth & post partum - and wants to help you navigate every stage of motherhood with you.
